Our promise

If a paid reading doesn't feel like you, email [email protected] within [14] days of purchase with your order number. We will refund you in full — one email, no questions. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Gumroad and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

What this covers

• Any single reading, One Question, This Month's Reading, bundles and the All-Readings Pass.
• If a reading fails to load or is missing chapters, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.

Good to know

• All purchases are one-time payments. Nothing renews, so there is never a subscription to cancel.
• EU/UK customers: at checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once the reading is delivered. Our voluntary promise above still applies.
• We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example repeated purchase-and-refund of many readings).
